How does the delivery process work?

Once our system processes your order, your garments and fabrics are thoroughly inspected to ensure they pass quality checks.
After passing final inspection, products are packaged and handed over to our trusted logistics partners.
Our delivery partners bring the package to your specified address. In case they are unable to reach you, they will contact you to coordinate a convenient re-delivery time.

How are items packaged?

We package our products in secure bags and boxes designed to protect fabrics and apparel from moisture or damage during transit.
We take pride in ensuring your items arrive in perfect condition.

Fabricx1 ships across all major pin codes and regions throughout India!

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with tracking details and the courier partner’s information.
You can track your order status after dispatch directly on our Track Order page or via the link provided in your confirmation email.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We usually dispatch most orders within 3 to 7 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
During festive seasons or special sales, dispatches may experience slight delays due to high order volumes. We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 days of the order date.
